  1. Purchase the package you want to upgrade to, using the Same Email and Name as your previous purchase(s).

  2. Fill out and Send the contact Form above.

     

Once we receive the form, we will send you a 100% Refund for all your Original Purchases!

We will pay the processing fees, so you get all of your money back.

 

*Previously purchased templates/packages will only be refunded if they are included in the package you upgrade to.

*If you've used multiple emails for the purchases, please send us all emails used.

*Please note that the former "Documents Package" is now the "Forms Package"

*The refund amount cannot exceed the purchase amount.
