How to use the construction delay tracker

1. Enter project info

Add the project name, owner, contractor, project manager, superintendent, contract dates, and liquidated damages info.

2. Log every delay

Document the delay type, responsible party, affected area, start date, resolution date, status, and supporting notes.

3. Track impact

Use the schedule impact and claims tabs to connect delays to time extensions, cost impacts, and owner responses.
